Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below before requesting a refund.
Refund Time Window
Refunds are only available for requests made within 24 hours of your order placement (or delivery, if you prefer to adjust this). Refunds are not possible after 24 hours.
Processing Fees
When a refund is issued:
• You will receive a refund of the purchase amount (minus any non-refundable costs such as shipping, if applicable).
• Payment processing fees (charged by our payment provider, Stripe) from the original transaction are not refunded. The payment processor retains these fees. This means the net refund amount may be slightly less than the original order total due to these standard processing costs.
How to Request a Refund
1. Contact us within 24 hours with your order number.
2. Provide the reason for the refund.
3. Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Processing time varies by your bank/card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).
Exceptions
• Certain products (e.g., custom-made, digital downloads, perishable items) may be non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.
• This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights (if any apply in your region).

Legacy Serving Size
Serving sizes vary depending on the company you use. This chart is for Legacy Foods products only. Legacy has the largest serving size on the market, and this chart will be inaccurate if used for competing food storage companies.


How much food storage do you need? While this is different for everyone, this chart will give you a general idea about how much to get. This chart shows the number of servings needed for a specified number of people to eat three entrees per day for the period of time listed.
